Villa Valencia Celebrates Topping Off Milestone

Villa Valencia, a luxury condo development in the Heart of Coral Gables, is one step closer to completion. Construction crews from Winmar have topped off the project’s 13th story and is expected to be completed later this year. “Villa Valencia – the distinguished collection of just 39 ultra-luxury condominium residences under construction in Coral Gables by Location Ventures – commemorated the construction milestone of “topping off” the boutique project with an intimate afternoon celebration at the property, 515 Valencia Avenue. In attendance was Location Ventures CEO Rishi Kapoor, who spoke before notable community members and city officials, including City of Coral Gables Vice Mayor Vince Lago, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Mark Trowbridge, general contractor Winmar Construction and the ONE Sotheby’s International Realty sales team.
