Villa Valencia was recently featured in the online publication Archinect article titled “Elite Wellness Residences in Miami”.

Miami-based real estate development firm, Location Ventures, brought on Hamed Rodriguez Architects to design Villa Valencia, an ultra-luxury, wellness-oriented condominium located in Coral Gables, FL. Villa Valencia, which broke ground in June 2019, will stand as the first condominium in the U.S. to offer Delos DARWIN home wellness technology in each unit. Along with DARWIN, the residences will encompass automation technology systems that fully control lighting, shades, sound, security, and more. In collaboration with Delos, HEDsouth, a Miami integration and automation company, was brought on to the project to design and install the technology systems to help provide the most advanced technology and wellness experience for vertical living in Miami yet.
Slated to be delivered in the summer of 2021, the 13-story development will feature residences from three to six bedrooms ranging from 2,616 to 6,263 square feet, along with two five-bedroom lower penthouses and an upper penthouse spanning 6,300 square feet with an additional 4,000square feet of terrace and outdoor space. All residences will consist of open floor plans with 10-foot ceilings and at least one corner exposure with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
