Miami, FL – February 26, 2019 – The finest pedigree of luxury real estate brokers joined together on the evening of February 26 at Michelin-starred restaurant concept Fiola Miami, to commemorate the official sales launch of Villa Valencia, a distinguished collection of just 39 ultra-luxury condominium residences in Coral Gables. Set amidst 8,000 bottles of fine wine as a backdrop, guests gathered in the restaurant’s bespoke private dining room – an intimate and refined setting synonymous with the boutique project being celebrated – for a customized four-course dinner with wine pairing. Villa Valencia, which is located at the seam of the area’s picturesque neighborhood and thriving metropolitan, at 515 Valencia Avenue, is being exclusively represented by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. The development will rise 13 stories, presenting the most refined, modern living experiences.
