Villa Valencia continues to make progress and hit project milestones. The development is thrilled to share that the site is brimming with activity and construction is underway.

GG Winmar Construction has been progressing steadily on the site with pile caps and foundations as the building will get ready to go vertical in the first quarter of 2020.

Additionally, the project recently closed on $10 million of sales, with three recent sales throughout the building. Sales include Residence C, a northeast lower unit with city views; southwest Residence D featuring three bedrooms; and a high-floor southeast Residence E unit with some penthouse finishes.
