Villa Valencia was mentioned in Miami Magazine August 2020 issue highlighting our technology collaboration with Delos & HEDsouth.

“Developer Location Ventures worked with HEDsouth to implement DARWIN technology in its Villa Valencia condominium in Coral Gables, installing systems for circadian lighting, shade control, and optimal sleep experience; the Bass redisence in Coconut Grove was designed by STRANG with wellness technology installed by HEDsouth. “We have always placed a great emphasis on natural lighting, thoughtful materials, airflow and balances spaces,” says Max Strang. “New systems such as DARWIN by Delos allow homes to be even more attuned to the wellness of their inhabitants.”
