Villa Valencia, 39 ultra-luxury condominium residences in a 13-story building, has begun sales. Prices start at $1.65 million, and units have three to six bedrooms. The condo project at 501-525 Valencia Ave. includes a Hammam Turkish bath, a 78-foot resort-style pool with a lap lane and a waterfall that is complemented by two summer kitchens and sunbeds, a tea room, a cucina for dinner parties, an entertainment room with billiards, and golf and driving simulators.
