Recipes Worth Trying

With the M Series Oven, you can unlock your cooking potential with ease. Whether you prefer hearty dishes, comfort food, or tasty treats, below are some mouth-watering recipes you’re sure to love.

Pork Tenderloin With Roasted Cauliflower

For this recipe, you’ll need one pork tenderloin, two teaspoons of fresh rosemary, two teaspoons of thyme, one teaspoon of ground black pepper, one garlic clove, two tablespoons of olive oil, one pound of cauliflower, and one teaspoon of salt. After preheating your oven to 400 degrees, combine your thyme, pepper, garlic, olive oil, and rosemary in a bowl. Once mixed, add to the top of the tenderloin. In a bigger bowl, stir the cauliflower with olive oil and salt. The dish will cook for 45 minutes, and you can expect it to make about four servings.

Gougères

This recipe calls for one cup of water, two sticks of butter, one cup of flour, four large eggs, one cup of sharp cheddar cheese, one cup of Asiago cheese, one tablespoon of thyme, and two tablespoons of fresh chives. Using the convection mode, set your oven to 375 degrees. From there, you’ll want to bring your water and butter to a boil. Stir in your flour until a dough is formed. Add in your eggs, cheese, and herbs before transferring the mixture to a pastry bag. After adding the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet, bake for roughly 25 minutes.

Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

To make this delectable banana bread, you’ll need three large bananas, eight tablespoons of butter, one cup of light brown sugar, one large egg, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, one teaspoon of baking soda, and your desired amount of chocolate chips. Once you’ve preheated your oven to 350 degrees, combine the dry ingredients. You’ll then want to melt the butter, adding salt until combined nicely. Next, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. You’re now ready to start mashing your bananas. Finally, add your flour mix to the wet ingredients, and bake for 45 minutes.

Italian Meatballs

With one pound of ground beef, one pound of pork, three cloves of garlic, two cups of bread crumbs, two eggs, one teaspoon of black pepper, and four teaspoons of salt, you can make the perfect Italian meatballs. Set your oven to convection roast mode, and preheat to 400 degrees. Keeping the eggs and bread crumbs aside, mix all your ingredients. Following this step, you can add your lightly beaten eggs and bread crumbs to the mixture. It’s now time to mold the meatballs with your hands. When the balls are perfectly shaped, pop them into the oven for 40 minutes.
